What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes unlimited team members, integrations, live client reports and AI usage for the clients it covers. Ember is free for one client. Spark and Flame let you add and remove clients as needed, with higher tiers adding more AI usage, premium models and white-label reports.
How does pricing scale as my agency grows?
Spark and Flame charge one rate per active client, per month. Add a client and the bill follows; remove one and it comes off your subscription. Team members are unlimited on every plan, so hiring does not increase your bill.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time and manage your plan, payment method and invoices from the billing page inside Chillhi.
How does billing work?
Paid packages are billed monthly through Stripe based on your active clients. Clients added mid-cycle are prorated onto your next invoice, and every paid package includes at least three clients' worth of AI usage. Cancel any time from your billing page.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep full export access for 30 days. After that, data is deleted.
