1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Chillhi you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the latest version on this page.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or generate using the Platform. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Platform to break the law, infringe rights, spam people, distribute malware, or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of our systems.
5. Subscriptions, billing and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Platform in a way that creates risk for us or other users.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes to the service
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email or in-product.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
